Resident Services Coordinator Job Description

Reports to the ATAP Regional Manager Resident Services Coordinator is Responsible for the Quality of Programming at ATAP Learning Center and Family Resource Center

 

Responsibilities:

  • Leads a variety of Pre Developed Educational Workshops/Classes and Recreation Programs
  • Adapt programs to local needs and stimulate interest in activities to accomplish the mission of ATAP Family Services.
  • Engage and Compel Community Residents to participate in activities, workshops, and events
  • Keep Center clean and presentable at all times.
  • Network with local organizations and give referrals to families and individuals when needed
  • Maintain Discipline, Safety and Control of Center at all times
  • Maintain Daily Reports of Participation, Safety or Hazard Concerns, and Maintenances Issues
  • Take Photo’s and Maintaining Center Presence on Social Media (Facebook, YouTube)
  • Providing Community with Notice of upcoming Events and Calendars
  • Budgeting and making Frugal Purchases for Center Supply Needs.
  • Meet with Property Managers to ensure success in programming and fulfilling additional community requests.
  • Attend Monthly Staff Meetings and Trainings
  • Other Duties As Assigned

 

Requirements:

  • 18 years of age
  • At least 1 year of community building experience or equivalent education or volunteer experience.
  • Establish and maintain harmonious relationships with all those contacted in the course of work;
  • Ability to perform the physical requirements of the job including frequent standing, walking bending, kneeling, crouching. Ability to use various sports equipment used in program.
  • Transport materials and supplies weighing up to 20 pounds;
  • See in the normal visual range, with or without correction;
  • Hear in the normal audio range, with or without correction;
  • Work indoors and outdoors in a variety of environmental conditions.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office products.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
